Nancy Joan M. Javier’s practice is focused on business and corporate, commercial, real estate, wills and estate laws, and special projects. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters, foreign investments, banking and finance, special projects and real estate transactions in the Philippines.
Ms. Javier advises on the full range of real estate-related transactions.
Ms. Javier gained international experience in bond offerings and initial public offering of securities, and in real estate transactions for large hotels and resort development projects in Vietnam during her stint at the international law firm Mayer Brown JSM.
